How long do I have to return something?
There is no fixed deadline. We handle returns case by case with one goal — that you are happy with what you bought. Treat us fairly and we will do the same for you.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. Never.
When will my refund appear?
Mailed returns are processed within 5 business days of arriving with us, and the refund lands on your original payment method 3–5 business days after that, depending on your bank.
How fast do orders ship?
We pack within 1–2 business days. Canada and the US: 5–10 business days standard, 2–4 express. UK and Europe: 8–16. Everywhere else: 10–21.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — place the new order so your size is held, then return the original for a full refund. That way the piece does not sell out while your return is in transit.
Is anything final sale?
Only a small number of pre-owned watches and authenticated grails, and they are labelled clearly on the product page before you buy.
