Billing, refunds and cancellation

Cancel from your account page anytime. For a refund inside the 7-day first-charge window, email us with “refund” in the subject.

A price looked wrong

Send the product name, the store, and what you actually saw on the shelf or checkout page. Wrong prices get pulled from the cache and re-checked.

Account and sign-in

Trouble signing in or want your account and data deleted? Email from the address on the account and we handle it directly.

Store check-ins

Check-ins are anonymous and expire on their own. If a storefront looks wrong or is being abused, report it and we remove the entries.

What to include so we can fix it fast

The email on your account, what you searched for, your city, and roughly when it happened. Never send card numbers or passwords — we never ask for them, and we cannot see your payment details.
